Leadership: Kingsdale Appoints Himesh Ghai as Executive Vice President

On December 7, 2021, Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (“ISS”) published its Benchmark Policy Changes for multiple countries in the Americas, including Canada. This publication of the final policy for 2022 comes more than a month after ISS released its proposed updates for comment on November 4.

Glass, Lewis & Co. has released its 2022 Policy Guidelines for the Canadian market as part of its annual proxy voting policy update process. These guidelines will be effective for shareholder meetings held on or after January 1, 2022.
